Cross Country Home Course for the San Diego City Leagues
The storied course at Morley Field has been home to not only the city leagues for many decades, but also it annually hosts the San Diego CIF County Championship race, and most notably, it is the site of the high school national championship race sponsored by Footlocker featuring the top 40 high school runners in the nation, and held two weeks after the California State Meet. Our league course will be run many times during the season, and is designed to include many parts of the county and national championship course. Many future national and world champions have run here, and it is a great place to begin a cross country career. Be excited to race here over and over again. You will have many great memories of some of your best races, each one contributing to a lasting narrative that defines our team in this hallowed place. |
